What is the return policy?

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 30 days from delivery for a refund. How do I place a bulk order for FeetUp Trainers?

How much does shipping cost?

Fees for orders are based on weight and are automatically applied at checkout.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Delivery may take between two and seven business days to arrive, depending on your location. Delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, bad weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we don't.

How do I track my shipment?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is handed over to the courier company!

Do FeetUp products come with a warranty?
